全膝置换患者康复锻炼的效果观察

Observation on effect of rehabilitation exercises among patients with whole knee replacement

目的 :探讨康复锻炼对全膝置换术后膝关节功能恢复的临床效果。方法 :随机将全膝置换 30例分成两组 ,对照组 1 5例 ,采用常规护理方法 ,康复组1 5例实施康复护理 ,指导并督促进行康复训练 ,分别在 2周与 3个月观察、随访 ,评价训练效果。结果 :康复组术后效果明显好于对照组 ,两组差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :对全膝关节置换术后患者实施康复护理 ,能明显促进膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective: To explore clinical effect of rehabilitation exercises on restoration of knee functions after whole knee replacement Method: 30 cases with knee replacement were randomly devided into 2 groups, routine nursing was used in the control group and rehabilitation nursing was administered in the rehabilitation group to instruct and inspect rehabilitation exercises, observation, follow-up and evaluation were conducted at 2 weeks and 3 months Result: The effect was significant difference (P<0 05) Conclusion: Rehabilitation nursing of patients with whole knee replacement can greatly promote the restoration of knee functions
