rmuGM-CSF增强巨噬细胞抗白念珠菌活性研究

摘要 目的 :研究重组小鼠粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (rmuGM CSF)对巨噬细胞抗白念珠菌活性的调节作用。方法 :分别将浓度为 10 0 ,2 0 0 ,3 0 0 ,40 0U·mL 1 的rmuGM CSF与小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞共同培养 2~ 5d ,然后测定巨噬细胞的抗白念珠菌活性。结果 :rmuGM CSF可增强巨噬细胞的抗白念珠菌活性 ,作用呈剂量依赖性 ,且随着与巨噬细胞共培养时间的延长 ,增强效应不降低。结论 :rmuGM CSF能增强巨噬细胞的抗白念珠菌活性 ,增强效应强而持久。 Objective:To study the effect of recombinant m urine granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor( rmuGM-CSF) on the ant icandidal activity of the macrophage. Methods:Peritoneal macrophages of the mouse were coincu bated with rmuGM-CSF in concentrations of 100, 200, 300, and 400 U·mL -1 , respectively, for two to five days. The inhibitory effect of the macrophage on the growth of candida albicans was then assayed. Results:rmuGM-CSF was shown to enhance the activity of the macrophage to inhibit candida albicans in a dose-dependent manner. Besides, this enhancing effect of the macrophase was not mitigated along with the progre ss of the incubation time. Conclusion:rmuGM-CSF was shown to enhance the anticandi dal avtivity of the macrophage and the effect was strong and lasting.
