复合辅酶治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎68例

摘要 目的 :探讨复合辅酶注射液治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎 (乙肝 )的疗效。方法 :慢性乙肝患者 13 4例分成治疗组 68例 ,对照组 66例。治疗组采用复合辅酶注射液 2支加入 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0mL ,静脉滴注 ,qd。对照组不加用复合辅酶。两组均给予保肝和综合支持疗法 ,疗程 6周。结果 :治疗 4周 ,治疗组丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)较对照组明显下降 ;治疗 6周 ,治疗组血清总胆红素 (STB)、血清直接胆红素 (SDB)较对照组明显下降 ;治疗组总有效率 85 .3 % ,对照组总有效率 5 7.6% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :复合辅酶注射液能促进黄疸消退 ,对慢性乙肝肝功能ALT、AST。 Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effect iveness of compound coenzyme in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods:134 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B were divi ded into two groups; 68 cases in the treatment group and 66 in the control group . On the basis of liver protective and combined supportive treatment, patients o f the treatment group were given each 2 ampoules of compound coenzyme in 250 mL of 10% glucose solution administered by IV instillation q.d.. Patients of the co ntrol group were subjected only to the liver protective and combined supportive treatment. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 6 weeks. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST)activities in patients of the treatment group were strikingly lowered, as compared with those of the control group. At the end of the 6th week of treatment, the contents of s erum total bilirubin and direct reacting bilirubin in patients of the treatment s group dropped to much lower levels as compared with those of the control group . The overall effective rates in patients of the treatment group and control gro up were 85.3% and 57.2%, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound coenzyme was shown to promote abate ment of jaundice and improve liver function in patients with chronic viral hepat itis B.
