中药合剂对大鼠胃肠运动的影响

The Effects of Chinese Traditional Medicine on Gastrointestinal Motility in Rats

目的 探讨不同中药合剂对大鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法 60只Wistar大鼠随机分为中药合剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ号组和莫沙必利组、对照组,分别给大鼠灌服同容积的不同中药合剂水提取液、莫沙必利溶液和蒸馏水,以葡聚糖蓝-2000为胃肠内标记物,观察大鼠胃排空及肠道传输速率的变化。结果 灌服中药合剂水提取液后,与对照组比较,所有中药合剂组大鼠胃肠动力均显著增强(P<0.01),其中中药合剂Ⅱ号组优于莫沙必利组(P<0.05),其余中药合剂组与莫沙必利组比较无显著性差异。结论 4种中药合剂对大鼠胃肠动力均有显著的促进作用,以中药合剂Ⅱ号最为显著。

Objective To study the effects of Chinese traditional medicine on gastric motor in rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into different Chinese traditional medicine groups (includeⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳgroup), mosapride group and control group, then were respectively given Chinese traditional medicine compound decoction (numberⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ), mosapride solution and distilled water. After 1 hours, the changes of gastric emptying and intestinal transit of rats were assayed by Dextran blue-2000 being as a indicator. Results After the drugs were given, comparing with control group, the gastric emptying and intestinal transit of rats were markedly enhanced (P<0.01) in all Chinese traditional medicine groups and mosapride group. The prokinetic effect of numberⅡwas surperior to mosapride group (P<0.05). Conclusion All four Chinese traditional medicine compounds have significant prokenitic effect on the gastric emptying and intestinal transit of rats, but the numberⅡwas the best of these.
