Design of an Universal Interface Circuit of ATS for Electric Equipment

设计了一种自动测试系统的接口电路,实现了信号的调理和灵活转接,具有较高的通用性,为测试系统通用化提供了支持。主要功能电路采用 ISP 技术实现,简化了电路设计,实现了电路的在系统修改,提高了系统的可靠性。给出了系统的框图,叙述了各部分电路工作原理。

An ATS interface is designed.The circuit can condition the signals and connect the signals agilely. It has the better universality, which help improving the ATS’s universality. The ISP technology is adopted to realize the main circuits. ISP technology can predigest the design of the circuits and reality modifying the circuits in system. The reliability of the system is also improved by the technology. The block diagram of the system is given out and the principles of each circuit are depicted.
