无油点火燃烧器内煤粉浓度与着火点关系试验研究 被引量:1

TEST STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATION AND IGNITING POINT IN OILLESS IGNITION BURNER

摘要 在保持相同风速与壁温的条件下对电磁感应无油点火燃烧器进行了试验研究 ,分析了不同煤粉气流浓度对着火温度、着火距离、着火热以及着火方式的影响 ,并对其着火机理进行了探讨。研究表明 ,随着煤粉浓度的增大 ,着火温度降低 ,着火距离随着着火方式的改变先减小后增大。对于无油点火燃烧器 。 Test study on electrio omagnetic type oilless ignition burner has been carried out under condition of maintaining same air velocity and same walltemperature, the influence of different pulverized coal concentration in air flow upon igniting temperature, igniting distance, igniting heat, and igniting mode being analysed, and the igniting mechanism being approached. Study shows that the igniting temperature is lowered along with the enhancement of pulverized coal concentration, the igniting distance is shortened along with the variation mode, and then being lengthened. For oilless ignitor, the igniting point of pulverized coal and air flow can be controlled through adjustment of pulverized coal concentration.
