火电厂热工控制系统的故障诊断研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON FAULT DIAGNOSIS IN THERMOTECHNIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THERMAL POWER PLANTS

摘要 结合火电厂的实际情况 ,确定了热工控制系统中的故障诊断对象、常见故障类型和故障诊断方法 ;对系统中重要传感器、执行器的常见故障提出了基于信号分析和数据统计的诊断方法。以某 3 0 0MW机组过热汽温控制系统为例 ,对传感器的断线、增益、偏差和超速等故障以及执行器的卡死、滞环、粘滞滑动等故障的诊断进行研究 。 Combined with actual situation in thermal power plants, the objects for fault types, and fault diagnosis methods in thermotechnic control system for thermal power plants have been determined, the diagnosis methods based on signal analysis and data statistics being put forward for important sensors and actuators in the said system. Taking the superheat steam temperature control system of a 300MW unit as example, the diagnosis methods for breakage, gain, deviation, and overspeed faults of the sensors, as well as jam, hysteresisloop, and stickslip faults of the actuators have been studied. Finally, two fault diagnosis examples are given, the field diagnosis results show that the fault diagnosis methods recommended in this paper to be practical and feasible.
