中关村地区风险投资运行存在的问题及对策

Problems in the Operation of Venture Investment in Zhongguancun Area and Their Countermeasures

中关村高科技园区发展中还存在很多现实问题,比如资金来源单一且规模较小、人才缺乏、中介服务机构不发达、风险资本退出机制不完善、政府行政干预过多以及政策法律体系相对滞后等等。文章针对这些问题提出了对策建议。

Zhongguancun High-tech Area has developed rapidly, so has the venture-investment industry that is closely related with the rapid growth of high technologies. However, there are many practical problems in the development such as single fund source, small-sized capital, few talents, underdevelopment brokerage service agencies, incomplete capital withdrawal mechanism, much government interference and outdated legal system. This article proposes some suggestions on the said problems, aiming to promote the development of the venture-investment in Zhongguancun Area and therefore build a favorable financing channel and development environment for Hi-tech industry.
