白芍解郁颗粒中大孔吸附树脂残留物质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Macroporous Resin Remains of Baishaljieyu Keli

目的 :研究控制白芍解郁颗粒中大孔吸附树脂残留物的质量标准。方法 :采用气相色谱顶空进样法测定样品中的树脂残留物。结果 :以毛细管柱HP FFAP ,柱温采取程序升温 ,FID为检测器 ,载气为氮气 ,顶空温度为 75℃ ,顶空时间为 2 0min ,进样针温度为 80℃ ,以该方法测定样品中的甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、1,2 二乙基苯 ;采用毛细管柱HP 5 ,柱温 4 0℃ ,FID为检测器 ,载气为氮气 ,顶空温度为 70℃ ,顶空时间为 2 0min ,进样针温度为 80℃ ,按该方法测定样品中的苯和正己烷。结论 :所采用的方法简便、可靠 。

Object:To Study the quality standard which can control the macroporous resin remains in Baishaojieyu Keli.Methods:The content of remains was determined by headspace GC method.Results:Toluene, xylene, styrene and 1,2-diethylbenzene were determined using an HP-FFAP capillary column with nitrogen as the carrier gas. Programming raised the column temperature. The headspace temperature was 75℃ and the headspace time was 20minutes. An HP-5 capillary column was used to determine benzene and hexane. The column temperature was 40℃, the headspace temperature was 70℃, and the headspace time was 20minutes.Conclusion:The method is convenient,credible,and it can be used to determine resin remains in Baishaojieyu Keli.
