气相色谱法测定山柰中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯的含量

Determination of ethy-p-methoxy-cinnamate in Rhizoma Kaempferiae by GC

目的 :建立山柰中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯的含量测定方法。方法 :GC测定山柰中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯的含量。采用SE 30为固定相的色谱柱 ,柱温为 2 0 0℃。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 (r=0 9995 ) ,平均回收率为 97 8% ,相对标准偏差RSD为1 1% (n=5 )。结论

Objective:A method of determination of ethyl-p-methoxy-cinnamate in Rhizoma Kaempferiae is developed.Method:GC was performed to determine the content of ethy-p-methoxy-cinnamate on SE-30 column,column temperature at 200℃.Results:The linearity of this method was good,and the averge recovery was 98.7%,RSD=1.1%( n =5) . Conclusion:The method is suit to control the quality of the drug.
