摘要
文章从理论基础 (病因病机、分类 )和临床实践 (临床表现和诊断、治疗 )两方面介绍了近几年来中西医结合治疗粗隆间骨折的研究现状。认为股骨粗隆间骨折与骨质疏松关系密切 ,故老年人可采取中药补益肝肾和服用抗骨质疏松药物等措施预防骨宽部骨量丢失 ,治疗应在现有基础上加强对现有各部内固定方法的改进 ,可减少并发症和提高疗效。
From the respects of theoretical basis and clinical application,the article expounded the current state of research in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years.The author put forward his own viewpoint and analysised the existing problem and pointed out the development direction in future.
