文章从机理研究、结构类型、疗法研究、治疗结果等方面介绍了胸腰椎骨折体外整复器械的临床研究情况 ,认为目前虽然在上述领域取得了较大的成就 ,但各种整复器械性能不一 ,各具优势与不足 ;临床报道的研究方法不够规范与统一 ,总体水平还有待提高。

From the respects of the research of mechanism,types of construction,research of treatment method , result of treatment,and so on,the article introduced the progress in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra fracture with body-external restitution machine.the author considered that although it had obtained a great achievement in the field at present,but its capability of various restitution machine was different, all they had superiority and deficiency,the research ways of clinical report was inadequate canonical and uniform.the collectivity level should be improved.
