As for researching the training pattern of accountant talents, it becomes an important issue for study in the higher education reform. the article analyses the current situation of our country’s account education and the way to reform higher learning in account, by defining the meaning of the training goal of accountant talents, puts forward the general thought of training pattern of higher level, accountant talents and take the effective measure to training pattern reform on accountant talents.
