摘要
在整个高等学校内部管理体制改革过程中 ,我们必须牢牢记住大学作为人文机构的根本特质 ,注意文化和知识的传授、生产与经济生产之间的重要差异 ,建立科学合理的学术管理理念 ,防止其丧失人文性和滑入官僚化陷阱。要协调好学术权力与行政权力之间的关系 ,保障各种不同权力的合理平衡 ,特别是要树立权力为学术服务的学术管理理念 ,克服管理主义将大学复杂的人文运作还原为简单的经济经营的错误倾向 。
Reform in colleges and universities should defer to the humanistic property of higher education, which should, rather than being simplified as a pure economic production, but observe the sacred mission of transmitting as well as making culture and knowledge, the two seeing a momentous differentiation. There then demands rationality in academic management to guard against its declination towards de-humanity or bureaucracy. So the relationship between academic power and administrative power must be harmonized and a reasonable equilibrium guaranteed. It is particularly emphatic to hold an academic management idea of power for learning to overcome the false polarity of managerialism reducing the complicated academic operations straightforward to an economic prosecution, hence to truly promote the function of higher education system.
