从加强茶叶产业发展的角度,论述了提高茶叶经济效益的新途径——构建茶叶生产资料物流体系:提高茶叶生产资料物流意识;构建省、县、乡三级茶叶生产资料物流集散中心;建设以第三方物流为主体的茶叶生产资料物流体系;建立以计算机、因特网、电话等为基础的敏捷响应信息系统;构建茶叶加工(深加工)的回收与废弃物流体系等。

From the perspective of accelerating the development of tea industry, this paper deals with a new way to improve tea economic effects, building a logistics system of tea production materials. Above all, logistics concept of tea production materials should be fostered. In practice, the logistics distribution centers of tea production materials at provincial, county and township levels, a logistics system of tea production materials with the third party logistics as its main body, a prompt responding information system based on computer. Internet and telephone network, and a logistics system for the recycled and waste materials in tea processing (deep processing) should be built.
