摘要 近20年参照循证医学模式,内分泌学界开展了一系列预防和延缓1型糖尿病进展的临床试 验,内容涉及烟酰胺、胰岛素、环孢菌素、抗CD3单克隆抗体等。该文系统回顾其研究成果,其中一些有益 的结论将有助于指导临床实践。
