治疗注意缺陷障碍的新药——托莫西汀 被引量:10

摘要 盐酸托莫西汀(简称托莫西汀)是获美国食品药品管理局批准不久的新药,用于治疗儿童、青少年和成人注意缺陷障碍(ADHD)。其可能的作用机制是阻断突触前膜去甲肾上腺素转运体。迄今为止,托莫西汀已经在2 500多名ADHD儿童和青少年以及350多名ADHD成人患者中进行了安慰剂对照研究和开放性研究,其在缓解ADHD症状方面均明显优于安慰剂,并且有很好的安全性和耐受性。
