摘要
虚拟样机技术又称机械系统动态仿真技术,它是在计算机上建立样机模型,用数字化样机代替传统的物理样机的一种技术。本文把虚拟样机技术引入履带车辆动力学分析领域,分析了某型自行火炮的结构组成及运动关系,建立了该型自行火炮的虚拟样机,并对用到的几个主要力学模型进行了介绍,最后对自行火炮的行驶过程进行了动力学仿真分析。
The virtual prototype technology is also called mechanism system dynamic simulation technology, in which a digital model replaces a real prototype. In this paper, the virtual prototype of a self propelled gun is established through applying the virtual prototype technology to the design field of tracked vehicle and analyzing the configurations and the motion relations of the selfpropelled gun. Some mechanical models used in the virtual prototype are discussed. Finally, the driving process of the gun is simulated and analyzed.
