摘要
[目的 ]探讨血清肌钙蛋白 (cTnI)在糖尿病心肌病中的变化。 [方法 ]用化学发光免疫分析法测定 4 0例正常人 ,4 0例糖尿病患者及 4 0例糖尿病心肌病患者血清肌钙蛋白 (cTnI)、同时测定部分代谢指标。 [结果 ]糖尿病心肌病患者血清cTnI浓度与糖尿病组及正常对照组比较差别有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ]cTnI测定有助于糖尿病心肌损害的早期诊断。
[Objective]To explore the variations of serum cardiac troponin(cTnI) in diabetic myocardiopathy.[Methods]The levels of serum cTnI were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay in 40 patients with diabetic myocardiopathy,40 patients with diabetes mellitus and 40 healthy patients respectively. Part of metabolic index was also determined.[Results]The levels of serum cTcI in the diabetic myocardiopathy group were significantly higher than those in the diabetes mellitus and the healthy group (P<0.01).[Conclusion]The cTcI determination may be a sensitive marker in early detecting myocardial damage in diabetes mellitus.
