粳稻杂种F_2代主要性状的遗传变异及相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 对6个粳稻组合F2代主要性状变异表现、遗传参数、F2代个体与亲本性状之间相关系数进行了估算与 分析,结果表明:F2代性状表现、遗传参数,因组合性状的不同而存在明显差异;F2代多数性状与亲本关 系密切,个体性状间存在相关性并受组合类型的影响。应根据品种性状和差异来选择亲本;根据遗传参 数和性状相关性选择个体。 The results of analysis on genetic characteristics, genetic parameters, correlation coefficients of characterristics of F2 in six japonica rice cross combinations.The results Showed that their genetic characteristics and genetic parameters varied significantly among six cross combinations.Most of individual character mattered closely with their parent plant, between individual characters had correlativity and was affected by cross combination form. Therefore, selected parent by characteristics and difference of breeds, selected individual by genetic parameters and correlation characteristics.
