摘要
籼质粳核核质杂种配普通籼稻 ,粳质籼核核质杂种配普通粳稻 ,以及这两种核质杂种互交F1 ,称之为核质核杂种。研究表明 ,核质核杂种既保持了或基本保持了籼粳稻亚种间的杂种优势水平 ,又克服了籼粳稻亚种间不亲和的问题、植株超高问题和不能正常抽穗等问题。
The hybrids of nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids in rice include the F_1 hybrids derived from the nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid which has indica cytoplasm but japonica nucleus or indica/japonica nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid for short as the female and indica rice as the male, the nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids which has japonica cytoplasm but indica nucleus or japonica/indica nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid for short as the female and japonica rice as the male, or both of the nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids. The results showed that the hybrids of nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids not only maintained almost the strong heterosis of indica-japonica intersubspecific hybrids, but solved the problems of indica-japonica intersubspecific hybrids such as very low seed setting percentage, overtall plants and overlate maturity. It might be a new approach to utilization of intersubspecific heterosis in rice to make use of the hybrids of nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids.
