摘要
本文论述了农村和农业经济的发展、农村体制改革与就业结构的变化 ,并探讨农村剩余劳动力的问题 ,同时指出农业剩余劳动力转移是促进农村经济发展的必然规律。
This Paper analyzes the rural and agricultural economic development and the change of rural structure reform and employment structure.It approaches the problem of rural surplus labor power.At the same time it point out the moving of agricultural surplus labor power which is the inevitable discipline of promoting the rural economic development.
