新脂康口服液中大黄素和大黄酚的HPLC定量分析

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophnol in Xinzhikang Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的 :建立新脂康口服液决明子中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法 :应用高效液相色谱法 ,ODS C18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 :0 .0 5 %高氯酸溶液 (73∶2 7)为流动相 ,检测波长为 4 36nm。结果 :大黄素在 0 .6 2 5～ 2 0 μg·ml-1,大黄酚在 1.4 5～ 4 6 .4 μg·ml-1范围内峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系 ,回收率分别为 98.77% (RSD =1.89% )和 97.87% (RSD =1.6 4 % )。结论 :该方法快速、方便、准确 ,可同时测定新脂康口服液中大黄素和大黄酚的含量 ,同时为决明子质量评价提供了可靠的依据。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophnol in Xinzhikang oral solution by HPLC. Method: A Hypersil C 18 column with a solvent system consisting of methanol and 0.05%PCA(perchloric acid) solution (73:27) was used, and samples were detected at 436 nm.Result: The calibration curves were linear within a range of 0.625 ～20 μg·ml -1 for emodin and 1.45 46.4 μg·ml -1 for chrysophnol. The average recoveries of emodin and chrysophnol were 98.77% ( RSD = 1.89% ) and 97.87% ( RSD = 1.64%) , respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid, and sensitive, and can be used to determine emodin and chrysophnol in Xinzhikang oral solution.
