我国汉族人群“遗传性非息肉性大肠癌”临床判别标准的探讨

Clinical differential criteria of HNPCC in herd of Han nationality in China

目的探讨遗传性非息肉病性大肠癌(HNPCC)的筛选标准。方法对符合AmsterdamⅡ标准的9个家系进行随访和回顾。结果9个家系均符合常染色体显性遗传规律,发病年龄较散发大肠癌明显提前,多原发癌和低分化癌多见。结论AmsterdamⅡ标准相对严格,简化该标准有助于HNPCC的临床筛选工作。

Objective:To assess the value of a new clinical screening diagnostic method.Methods:Follow-up and retrospective analysis were performed in9families of HNPCC which definitely suit for the criteria of AmserdamⅡ.Results:All of9families were observed the discipline of autosomal dominant inheritance;the patients age in HAPCC is obviously younger than in sporadic colorectal cancer.Conclusions:The criteria of AmsterdamⅡis rela-tively strict(rigid),a simplified standard can prove benefits of clinical screening of HNPCC.
