NON—ALKALOIDAL COMPONENTS FROM THE AERIAL PART OF STEPHANIA TETRANDRA

从防己科粉防己的地上部分得到的4个非生物碱单体,经光谱分析及理化性质测定等结构研究手段鉴定为防己双黄酮甲、防己双黄酮乙、β—谷甾醇和正三十五烷,其中2个双黄酮成分为新结构类型化合物,这也是第一次在防己科植物中发现双黄酮。

As reported for the first time about the biflavoaoids from Meni-spermaceae and non-alkaloidal eomponents from Stephania tetrandra,two membersof the biflavone with a novel binding feature.named stephaaiaflavoae A andstephaniaflavoae B,along with two known compounds, β—sitosterol and n—pea-tatriacontane,Were isolated from the aerial part of this plant.The structuresof these compounds were established on the basis of chemical data and spectralevidences.
