摘要
本文利用体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞观察了乙酰香茶菜甲索(香甲酰)对体外培养心肌细胞搏动的影响以及香甲酰与异丙肾上腺素、哇巴因、乌头碱的相互作用。结果表明,香甲酰能降低正常培养心肌细胞的搏功率,减弱其搏动强度与范围。在细胞水平,香甲酰能完全掊抗乌头碱的作用,部分拮抗异丙肾上强素与哇巴因的作用。提示香甲酰具有抗心律失常的作用。
Using cultured heart cells of the rat,we have observed the effectof diacetylamethystoidin A(DAA-A)on the heat of heart cellS,and the inte-raction tetween DAA-A and isoprenaline/ouabain/aconitine.The results show that on the cell level DAA-A inhibits the beat of normal cultured cells andantagonises the effect of aconitine completely and that of isoprenaline andouabain partially.All this suggests that DAA-A has the effect of antiarrhy-thmia.
