入职培训是教师专业发展的必由之路

摘要 近年来 ,教师专业发展已成为教育学、心理学、教育决策者和广大教师关注的焦点 ,而教师职业生涯的头几年是教师专业发展中的重要阶段。在这几年适时地为教师提供入职培训 ,对促进其专业发展极为必要。
