摘要
本文以螯虾细小神经轴突为标本,采用双玻璃微电极细胞内刺激与记录技术,观察河豚毒、四乙胺、乌头碱和脱氧胆汁酸对神经膜电生理特性、物理特性、兴奋性和应激性的影响。结果表明:在4种离子通道药物的作用下,标准电量a 与常数b 呈相同或不同方向的变化;标准电量a 与膜静息电位和膜电阻的变化方向不一致;常数b 与膜静息电位变化方向相同,而与膜电阻呈反变关系。以上结果首次为兴奋过程发展阶段论提供初步的实验证据。
Intercellular stimulating and recording method was used with towglass microelectrodes on crayfish's small axon.Effects of Na^+ and K^+ chann-el drugs on membrane physiologic properties,physical propersies,excitability and irritability were investigaetd.The results showed thatduring four channel drugs application respectively,the Chang(?) of standardelectrical quantity“a”was the same as or different from that of constant“b”,constant“b”;the change of standard electrical quantity “a”was out ofaccord with the changes of membrane resting potential and resistance;thechange of constant“b”was the same as that of the resting potensial,butreverse to that of the membrane resistance.A theory of developing phases inthe excitation process was for the first time supplied with preliminary exp-erimental proof.
