摘要
目的 :比较玻璃瓶装与PVC袋装含糖输液内在质量。方法 :抽查两种包装 5 0 0ml规格的含糖输液各 2 5批 ,采用紫外分光光度计和微粒计数器测定含糖输液中 5 HMF吸收度和不溶性微粒数 ,留样观察PVC袋装含糖输液 10批予以称重 ,进行统计分析。结果 :两种包装含糖输液中 5 HMF吸收度和 10 μm不溶性微粒数均有显著差别 (P <0 .0 1) ;随着贮藏时间的延长 ,PVC袋装含糖输液液体重量呈下降趋势 (P <0 .0 1) ,下降范围为 0 .6 %~ 0 .8%。结论 :PVC袋装与玻璃瓶装含糖输液均为合格产品。在保证PVC袋本身质量前提下 ,6个月使用期内的含糖输液质量符合规定要求。
Objective: To compare the quality of transfusion containing glucose in both the glass bottle and PVC bag, and investigate the useful life of transfusion containing glucose in PVC bag.Method: 25 groups of 500 ml of transtusion containing glucose in two kinds of packages were examined. Ultraviolet spectrophotometer and KF 4 particle counter were used to determine the absorbing degree of 5 HMF and the infusible paticles in transfusion containing glucose in two kinds of packages.Result: The differences of absorbing degree of 5 HMF and insoluble particle (10 μm) between the two kinds of tranrfusion containing glucose were very significant statistically ( P < 0.001 ); weight of transfusion containing glucoce in PVC bag presented the trend descent ding with time gone on ( P < 0.05 ). The descending range was within 0.6% 0.8% .Conclusion: Both products' qualities of transfusion containing glucose in the different packages were qualified. Some indicators showing inner quality of transfusion containing glucose in PVC bag presented better. In the qulity of PVC bag to be ensured, the qulity of transfusion containing glucose was accored with standard during 6 months of useful lift.
