黄葵胶囊配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Huangkui Capsules Combined with Prednisone in Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的 :应用黄葵胶囊配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征 ,并与泼尼松组的疗效、副作用发生率进行比较分析。方法 :将 6 8名原发性肾病综合征患者分成治疗组 (35例 )及对照组 (33例 ) ,分别应用黄葵胶囊加用泼尼松治疗及单用泼尼松治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 (94 .3% )明显高于对照组 (6 9.7% ) (P <0 .0 1) ,副作用发生率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗前后尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、尿素氮、血脂各项指标均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄葵胶囊配合泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征 ,优于单用泼尼松治疗。

Objective: To observe the effect of Huangkui capsules combined with prednisone in treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome and compared with use of prednisone only.Method: Sixty eight cases with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group (35 cases) was treated with Huangkui capsules added prednisone, the controlled group was treated with prednisone only.Result: The total effective rate in the treated group was 94.3% which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group( 69.7% ), P < 0.01 . The occuring rate of side effect in treated group was lower than that of the controlled group( P < 0.05 ). The indexes of proteinuria in 24 hours, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), blood lipid in treated group were superior to the controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Huangkui capsules added prednisone used to primary nephrotic syndrome is significantly superior to prednisone used only.
