我院口服降糖药的药物利用分析

Analysis of Drug Utilization of Oral Antidiabetic Agents in Our Hospital

目的 :了解我院口服降糖药的药物利用情况。方法 :查阅我院 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年药品销售和 2 0 0 3年我院门诊药房的全部处方 ,对口服降糖药的用药品种、药物利用、联合用药情况及其合理性进行分析。结果 :2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年我院口服降糖药的DDDs呈现逐年上升 ,其中格列齐特、甲苯磺丁脲、二甲双胍位居前列 ;促胰岛素分泌药销售金额和DDDs均位于第一位 ;DUI基本合理。结论 :本次调研结果符合糖尿病发展和用药趋势 ,用药基本合理。

Objective: To understand the drug utilization of oral antidiabetic agents in our hospital.Method: The situation of kind,utilization,combined drugs and their rationalization in the distributed oral antidiabetic agents from 2001 to 2003 were investigated and the whole outpaitents' prescriptions in 2003 were analysed.Result: The DDDs of oral antidiabetic agents rised gradually from 2001 to 2003.The front of DDDs were among Gliclazide,Tolbutamide and Metformin.Both the expense and DDDs of insulin induced agents were put at the first. DUI was relatively rational.Conclusion: The study showed that the drug utilization of oral antidiabetic agents in our hospital accorded with the tendency of progress and drug used of diabetes mellitus, and the drug used basically rational.
