摘要
针对竹篾层积材制造工艺存在的不足与问题,采用径向竹篾帘替代弦向竹篾作为构成单元,用中温固化型酚醛树脂胶替代高温固化型酚醛树脂胶,用"热-热"胶合工艺替代"冷-热-冷"胶合工艺,使用特殊设计的弹性厚度规和合理的板坯结构等创新工艺,压制出一种径向竹篾帘层积材.它是竹篾层积材的改进型产品,在性能和用途上完全可以替代现有的竹篾层积材.两者与之相比,径向竹篾帘层积材具有竹材利用率高、热压机产量高、能耗低、产品质量好和成本低的优点.
Aimed at the disadvantages of bamboo strip laminated board technology, a kind of radial bamboo strip curtain laminated board was pressed under several innovative technical, such as radial bamboo strip curtain as its component unit instead of tangential bamboo strip, medium temperature cured phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin as its adhesive instead of high temperature cured PF resin, 'hot-hot' pressing technical instead of traditional 'cold-hot-cold' technical, special designed stretch press stop and logical mat structure, etc. Radial bamboo strip curtain laminated board, which was an improved product of bamboo strip laminated board, could substitute absolutely bamboo strip laminated board in performance and use. Radial bamboo strip curtain laminated board had the advantages of higher bamboo utilizing ratio, higher hot press output, better product quality and lower cost compared with bamboo strip laminated board.
