摘要
主要运用SCL-90量表、体育态度量表和身体素质综合评价方法,对普通高校760名大学生进行综合测试与对比分析,反映出《正常组》在各项测试分值上,明显优于《症状组》,揭示了大学生心理健康状况与体育态度和身体素质发展水平的关系。对学校体育渗透心理健康教育提出有关对应策略。
Applying the means of SCL-90 scalogram, physical attitude scalogram and physical quality comprehensive evaluation to test and contrasting analysis of 760 students from normal colleges and universities reveals the relationship among the psychological health, physical attitude and the development of physical quality. The 'normal group' is at a distinctive advantage to the 'problem group'. It also puts forward the relative countermeasures for school physical education which permeates psychological education.
