摘要
汉代养马业发展有军事、政治、交通等多方面因素。马匹对于国家的强弱盛衰起着相当大的作用,因此统治者大修马政,鼓励和支持养马业的发展。但是由于政治的变革,汉代的马政有几次大的波折。
The Chinese horse breeding had made great progress in Han dynasty.The paper attempts to analyze the causes of the progress from military,political,transportable and other factors,and puts forward that horse breeding played an important role in rise and fall of the dynasty.Therefore the rulers had written up many promotion policies to stimulate horse breeding.The horsy policy had fluctuated for several times due to the political innovation.
