科学发展观是立足于中国基本国情,借鉴人类发展史上的正反两方面经验,在市场经济运行基础上成熟起来的一种新发展理念:以人为本,全面协调,可持续发展。在科学发展观指导下经济法的价值定位:效益提高和公平增长。科学发展观视野中经济法的使命有四个有机组成部分———市场主体法、市场管理法、宏观调控法和社会保障法。

The scientific outlook on development is a new developing theory based on the basic conditions of China.It uses the positive and negative experiences in human history for reference and grows up with the practice of market economy.The soul of this theory is humanism,overall coordination and sustained and reasonable development. This paper discusses that, under the guidance of the scientific outlook of development, the value of economic law shall be orientated on benefits improvements and fair increase. It also points out,in the vision of the scientific outlook on development, the mission of economic law is composed of four components: market subject law, market management law, macro-control law and social security law.
