加强传媒对侦查工作的监督符合现代法制的潮流,但是侦查工作与传媒人介入之间又存在着不容忽视的冲突。鉴于新闻传媒与侦查工作的特殊关系,以及我国的现状,应当完善我国的传媒对侦查工作的监督机制,规范其运作,保持两者的互动关系。

In view of the special relations of news media and criminal investigation, and the current situation of China, it's necessary to perfect the supervision mechanism of news media on criminal investigation, and standardize its operation to maintain the interaction between both sides.
