公安上访工作是公安机关联系群众的纽带和桥梁。当前在公安上访案件中,涉法上访案件出现了新情况和新特点,应从不同的角度分析其形成的原因,研究治理公安涉法上访、重信重访的对策,创造性地做好新时期的涉法上访工作。

Public security organs' work in dealing with people's appealing for help has remained a link and bridge between the public security organs and the masses. Presently, in the cases of people's appealing to the higher authorities for help, many cases concerning laws have many new situations and characteristics, thus it's necessary to analyze the causes from different angles, make a research on the countermeasures to deal with this problem, and creatively fulfill our duty in new era.
