Increase the Impact and Momentum of Support and Develop the Soybean Industry of Liaoning Province

辽宁省作为中国大豆主产区之一,同全国一样,大豆产业走向衰落,其原因是多方面的。在市场需求旺盛的情况下,应充分认识发展辽宁大豆产业的重大意义。大豆产业的发展必须有相应配套的政策和措施,其突破口应是以消费需求带动大豆加工业的发展。利用辽宁老工业基地振兴的有利契机,优先支持大豆加工业的发展,推进大豆产业化经营;支持大豆生产基地的建设;依靠科技进步,提高大豆综合生产能力;适当控制大豆进口,使辽宁的大豆产业逐步进入一个稳定、协调、可持续发展的轨道。

As one of China's main regions of soybean production, the very same as the whole country ,Liaoning Province is on the wane in soybean industry ,which is caused by a variety of reasons .In the current situation in which there is a great market demand for soybean, the significance of developing Liaoning's soybean industry must be fully realized. Development of soybean industry involves coordinated policies and measures and the breach lies in the fact that consumer demand should be employed to promote the development of soybean processing industry .Seizing the opportune juncture that the traditional industrial base of Liaoning is being vitalized ,we should give priority of support to development of the soybean processing industry ,move forward the industrialization of soybean production and operation ,support the building of soybean production bases ,with the help of scientific progress improve the comprehensive productivity of soybean ,and properly control the import of soybean so that Liaoning's soybean industry can steadily get onto a stable ,coordinate and development-sustained track.
