摘要
研究了在溶剂LR中用高锰酸钾氧化菲制取菲醌,并探讨了合成菲醌的主要影响因素,找出了较佳工艺条件。结果表明反应温度为73℃,菲与高锰酸钾的配比为1∶2.4,菲醌收率可达到61.2%,并且反应条件温和,操作简单,无“三废”污染问题。
Oxidation of phenanthrene for the preparation of phenanthrenequinone was studied by potassium permanganate in LR in the paper. Several chief influential factors and the optimum processing conditions were discussed. The results show that the yield of phenanthrenequinone can reach 61.2 % when the reaction proceeded at 73 ℃, and the phenanthrene in proportion to that of potassium permanganate is 1∶2.4. The reaction condition is moderate, the technological process is comparatively simple and has no pollution to environment.
