摘要 以D-樟脑为原料,用溴素溴化后,进而在80℃~150℃融熔状态下进行磺化反应,再用碳酸铵成盐得D-3-溴代樟脑-8-磺酸铵,总收率24.54%。 D 3 bromophor 8 sulfonic acid ammonium salt(1), a resolving agent, was synthesized from D camphor (2) by brominating with bromine to give D 3 bromocamphor (3). (3) reacted with ClSO 3H at 80 ℃~150 ℃ to afford D 3 bromophor 8 sulfonic acid (4). Then the interaction (4) and (NH 4) 2CO 3 gave (1). The overall yield was 24.5 %.
