放射治疗照射剂量计算系统

A System to Calculate the Prescribed Dose in Radiotherapy

目的:利用计算机计算肿瘤外照射的预置剂量,减少临床剂量计算误差,保证放射治疗质量。方法:采用VisualBasic语言编程,把算量中的各个参数设入,并输入已测的TMR,PPD等的值,进行计算。结果:计算机计算肿瘤外照射的预置剂量提高了精度与效率。结论:肿瘤外照射的预置剂量计算机计算优于手工计算。

Purpose:Making using of computer,we intented to calculate the prescribed dose of exterenal radiotherapy fields, minimize the error in calculation and assure the quality of radiotherapy. Methods: We chose the Visual Basic computer language for programming, inset the parameters such as TMR,PPD,and then operated the algorithms. Results: The computer method raised the level of accuracy and increased the efficiency.Conclusions: Computer-aided calculation is superior to traditional manual caculation in calulateing the prescribed dose of exterenal radiotherapy fields on tumor.
