摘要
目的 :观察钛板作骨内坚固后骨折愈合情况。方法 :收集北京大学口腔医院收治的 2 8例颌骨骨折 (下颌骨骨折 15例 ,上颌骨骨折 8例 ,上下颌骨联合骨折 5例。其中伴有颧弓骨折 3例 )进行钛板或小型钛板作骨内坚固内固定。结果 :2 8例患者中 ,除 1例咬合关系不良 ,其余均Ⅰ期愈合 ,咬合关系正常 ,术后张合度 >36mm。结论 :钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折效果良好 ,操作简单 ,钛板对人体无副作用。手术后面颌骨畸形得以改善 ,咬合功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the fracture healing after titanium plate rigid internal fixation in jaw fractures; Methods: 28 cases of iaw fracture (mandibl fracture:15 cases, maxillary fnacture: cases, combined mandibl and maxillary fracture:5 cases ) mere collected in stomatology hospital of peking university and treated with titanium on minititanium plate osteosynthesis. Results:Of 28 cases, except 1 case mas e malocclusion, the other 27 cases recovered in phase ie, and the ability of opening mouth were larger than 36mm. Conclusion: Titanium plate osteosynthesis can get preferable effects. It is easy to operate and has no any side effects to human body. Also it can meliorate facial malformation and regain normal occlusion after operation.
