摘要 介绍了遗传算法的基本流程和Pareto多目标优化的思想,结合纺纱工程实际问题对遗传算法的应用关键做了阐述,并详细描述了算子模型的设计和参数的选择过程。采用了实际生产数据进行实验测试,结果表明该模型具有强大的搜索优化能力和良好的扩展性能,对生产实践具有指导作用和参考价值。 The general procedure of genetic algorithms was outlined and the basic idea of Pareto optimization introduced. Concerning the yarn optimization problem in spinning engineering, the key points in genetic algorithms application were described and analyzed, then a model was built up with detailed steps on operator combination design and parameter selection test. The experiment results with real live production data proved the model's robust searching and optimizing capability and good expansibility, resulting in its practical guidance and reference usage.
