摘要
在计量校准实验室和已通过或欲通过实验室认可的检测实验室中,要求 采用测量不确定度代替标准误差来评定测量结果的质量。准确、合理的不确定度评定 是提供正确测量结果的前提和保证。为了实现检测实验室更为准确的不确定度评定, 本文以低压电器剩余电流动作特性试验的不确定度评定为例,分析了检测实验室对产 品进行不确定度评定的方法,探讨了在评定过程中应该注意的问题。
In measurement standard laboratory and inspect laboratory,which already passed or would pass the laboratory accreditation, adopting measurement uncertainty instead of error is requested. Exact and reasonable uncertainty evaluation is the premise and guarantee for affording exactly measurement result. In order to realize more nicety uncertainty evaluation, the example of residual current operating characteristic test of low-voltage electrical apparatus was introduced in this paper. On this base, the method of uncertainty evaluation in testing laboratory was analyzed. And some problems on which should be paid attention in evaluation of uncertainty were discussed.
