摘要
通过对镁合金表面进行酸洗、活化、浸锌、化学镀镍等表面处理实验,研究了在AZ91D镁合金上用硫酸镍进行化学镀镍的工艺;通过对试验后试样的耐腐蚀性进行检测,比较出好坏,从而确定了镀液中各种物质的最佳含量.
The technology of electroless nickel plating on AZ91D Magnesium Alloys was studied by the treatment processes on the surface of magnesium alloys includ ing acid picking, activation, immersing zinc and electroless nickel plating. We got an optimum proportion of all ingredients in the plating solution by the exam ination of the corrosion resistance on the sample after experiments.
