摘要
通过石油钻机可靠性试验 ,基于试验数据 ,对故障现象、故障机理、故障分布、故障规律、故障原因的深入研究 ,提出石油钻机在设计、制造、安装、调试各个阶段的改进措施以及在可靠性管理方面的保障措施 ,以降低石油钻机的故障率 ,大幅度地提高石油钻机的可靠性水平。
The mass reliability data is obtained by the reliability test on drilling rig. Based on the reliability data, the phenomenon and mechanism of failure are analyzed,the distribution and rule of failure are discussed; the failure data and failure reason are investigated. And then, the improving measures on design, manufacture, assembly, debug and the safeguards on reliability management are proposed respectivly. These measures are helpful to decrease the failure rate and improve the reliability greatly.
