摘要
常规游梁式抽油机普遍存在平衡不足的现象 ,既浪费能源 ,又严重影响抽油机的使用寿命。为提高常规游梁式抽油机的平衡度 ,在原有曲柄平衡的基础上 ,优化设计了二次平衡系统 ,大大提高了该型抽油机的平衡度。既有节能效果 ,又提高了设备的可靠性。现场使用取得了良好的效果。
For great workload well, the beam-pumping unit works out of balance generally. It not only wastes energy resources, but also shortens the service life of the pumping unit seriously. To aim at that problem, and based on crank-balance originally, author designs the two-times-balance equalizer. It can increase the balance of the equipments, meet a certain result of saving energy and increase the reliability of the equipments. Good results are also obtained the good result on the spot application.
