摘要
针对部分高含气油藏的特点 ,探讨使用潜油电泵的可行性。介绍了潜油电泵应用于高油气比油井的采油工艺技术。它主要由多级离心泵、双级分离器、保护器、潜油电机、护罩、沉降分离器组成。找出一种适合潜油电泵在高油气比油井中应用的采油工艺 ,进一步拓宽潜油电泵的应用范围和领域。
Research on feasibility of electric submersible pump application in high gas oil ratio oil well in some oil field block is made.Technics of oil production with ESP in high gas oil ratio oil well is introduced.It is comprised of multiple stage centrifugal pump,double stage gas separator, protector,submersible motor,guard shield and setting gas separator.A kind of technics of oil production with ESP in high gas oil ratio oil well is found to widen application range and fields of ESP.
