回顾了通信与信息交流的发展史。肯定了我国电信业的发展成果,指出了国民经济对通信信息技术促进可持续发展的根本需求,同时揭示了当前电信服务业存在的问题。最终阐明以通信信息技术为基础设施的网络经济形态正在逐步成为现实。
To review the history of information and telecommunication industry and point out the national economy's essential needs for ICT promoting sustainable development, and explored that the problems existed in telecommunication service industry. To describe that the network economy based on ICT is coming true.
