摘要 目的:探讨功能核磁共振成像(fMRI)在脑中央区肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:6例脑中央区肿瘤患者,手术前行fMRI,明确脑皮质感觉、运动区与肿瘤的关系。结果:6例脑中央区肿瘤患者的脑皮质感觉、运动区均在fMRI上获得确定。5例手术切除的肿瘤患者均达显微镜下全切除。1例额顶叶胶质瘤行立体定向穿刺活检明确病变性质后行放射治疗。术后神经功能受损症状未加重。结论:功能MR(fMR)图像对脑中央区肿瘤术前制定手术计划、评估手术风险,术中选择手术切除肿瘤的进路等非常有益。 AIM:To investigate the efficacy of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI ) in the treatment of patients with intracranial tumors in sensorimotor cortex. METHODS:Six patients with tumors in or directly adjacent to the central region were studied with blood oxygen level-dependent(BOLD) fMRI.These data were anal yzed to confirm the relationship between the tumor and the sensorimotor cortex. RESULTS:The sensorimotor cortex was confirmed with fMRI in all patients. Total tumor resection were accomplished in 5 patients,and the rest patient of glioma involving frontopariatal region underwent stereotactic biopsy followed by radiot herapy, and no more postoperative neurologic deficits occurred in all patients. CONCLUSION:fMRI is very useful in assessing the risks of operative interventio n and in planning tumor resection.
